Find answers to common questions about our yoga classes and studio.

No, we offer classes for all levels, including complete beginners. Our instructors will guide you through every step of the practice.

Just yourself in comfortable clothing. We provide all necessary equipment including mats, blocks, and straps.

For best results, we recommend practicing at least 2-3 times per week. However, even once a week will provide benefits.

Please consult with your doctor before starting any exercise program. Inform your instructor about any health conditions so they can suggest appropriate modifications.

We offer morning classes from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM and evening classes from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM daily. Weekend special workshops are held from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
