What to Expect in Meditation & Mindfulness
Our meditation & mindfulness classes at VAIRAGYASADHANA YOGA STUDIO are designed to provide a comprehensive yoga experience that balances physical practice with mindfulness and relaxation techniques.
Each session is carefully structured to include:
- Warm-up exercises to prepare the body
- Sequence of asanas (poses) appropriate for the class focus
- Breathwork (pranayama) to enhance energy flow
- Guided relaxation and meditation
Classes are typically 60-90 minutes in duration and are taught by our experienced instructor, Vishesh Kumar, who brings over 10 years of teaching experience. All equipment is provided, but you're welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.
